What is the cost of shipping when I order an SP Connect item?

Shipping costs are based on the order amount and the country you are ordering from. Per EU Country there are order amounts above which shipping is FREE! Shipping costs for lower order amounts are shown to you at the last checkout stage. The order amounts for your country can be found here. 

Which shipping carrier will be used?

Your order will be shipped via DHL or the country partner of theirs, depending on the country you are in. Usually your order leaves within 24 hours (excl. weekends and public holidays) of the order being placed. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order has been shipped.

What is the returns and refund policy in the EU?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee policy. If you are not satisfied you are allowed to return your product for up to 30 days after purchase. There is also a 12 month warranty on all parts.
