¹ Wirelessly charging the iPhone 12 & iPhone 13 series in combination with the SP Connect Phone Case is possible with a wide variety of inductive chargers. Best results are obtained if the components of both the USB cable and power adapter comply with the QC 3.0 standard (Quick Charge 3.0) or higher. Inductive charging with the Apple MagSafe charger is not possible.

What if my phone model is not listed on the product page?
We are working on making the printed versions available for all cases. If you can’t find your phone in the variants shown, contact our support team to find out when it will be available: support@sp-connect.eu
How durable is the printed phone case?
The individually printed covers are UV-protected and resistant to normal wear and tear. E.g. you can safely carry it in the same pocket as your key. In this case however, we recommend a glass screen protector for the front of your phone.
How do I clean my printed case?
It is recommended to clean your printed phone case with a damp cloth. Strong detergents can damage the print.
How long does the production or delivery of my individual case take?
Please note that the production process can take up to 10 days from order, plus delivery time, as this product is printed on demand and only for you.
Can I return my printed case if I don't like it?
Due to the nature of on-demand printing, there is no right of return for this product. We only provide the warranty for the physical item.

Shipping:
We deliver our goods to all EU countries and other countries, upon request. Usually the goods are ready for dispatch within 24 hours. You will be informed by an e-mail about delays. If the delivery to the address given is not received, you have to pay for unsuccessful delivery.
Important:
Provide an address to where you are certain, that someone will be present to receive the delivery - it does not necessarily have to be the address of your residence.Please see our Shipping Costs page for the cost of shipping to your location.
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with an item and want to send it back, that is entirely possible within 30 days if the item is:- complete (including all parts)
- unused
- undamaged
Of course you can try out the items - just like you are allowed to in any store - without reducing your right to return the goods.For more details and the return address please go to our Returns page.
