Returns

So you are not satisfied with an item and want to send it back?
 
That is entirely possible within 30 days if the item is:
 
  • complete (including all parts)
  • unused
  • undamaged
 
Of course you can try the items - just like you are allowed to in any shop - without reducing your right to return the goods.
 
Using them otherwise can lead to the goods being in a used state and your returning them to us a deterioration of quality. In such a case you have to compensate for the loss of value - which in turn means: we can't reimburse you for the full purchase price. This also applies if you don't send the items at all or only send them back partially. You can avoid the liability of compensating the loss of value if you don't use the goods like your own property and refrain from anything that affects the value before you decide not to keep them.
 
Thus:
Put the items you want to return along with a copy of the invoice, into the original packaging (if not available anymore, please find a matching cardboard box), seal it, choose the cheapest shipping option and please return them to us at:

You can also cancel the purchase within 30 days, without sending us the items at first, by sending us a letter of resignation under specification of the order number via e-mail to:

Please Note: If you send back the items without an eligible claim, we cannot replace the shipping costs. And in case you haven't paid sufficient postage on your return, we reserve the right to not accept the package. Thank you for your understanding!
