Order Process
- We ship from Vienna, Austria.
- We process orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Pre-ordered items are processed within 24 hours of arrival in stock.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation support(at)sp-connect.eu
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at support(at)sp-connect.eu. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide us. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
- Important: Please provide an address to where you are certain, someone will be present to receive the delivery - it does not necessarily have to be the address of your residence!
- You will be notified if there are any issues or delays with your order via email, therefore please ensure that the email address that you provide is a functional email account.

Other Shipping Details
- Regardless of the eventual destination country, we provide all European customers with the same purchasing price.
- If the country's sales thresholds necessitate us to collect VAT, it is included in the purchase price.
- VAT is not included in the final price in nations where we do not satisfy the national sales requirements or for the majority of shipments outside the EU, such as Norway and Turkey.
- Import taxes do not apply to products supplied inside the European Union.
- When a shipment leaves the European Union, you could have to pay import taxes and charges when it gets to your country. Contact your local customs office for further information on duties associated with customs.
- The customer is responsible for any customs clearance expenses. Regretfully, we are powerless to control or foresee the costs.
