Die Produkte von SPC finde ich zwar preislich an der oberen Grenze, die gute Funktion überwiegt dann letztendlich bei der Kaufentscheidung.
Das Thema Ersatzteile finde ich allerdings problematisch. Ich hatte eine komplett neue Halterung auf einer M1000R montiert, dabei versäumt die obere Schraube (Verbindungsebene mit dem Handy) ausreichend anzuziehen...Verlust der oberen Teile. Es ist sehr umständlich, wenn nicht unmögl. die benötigten Teile auf Ihrer Seite eindeutig zu identifizieren um Sie zu bestellen. Das könnte ein Grund werden in der Zukunft zu einem anderen Anbieter zu wechseln.

Schade dass es den Adapter überhaupt braucht. Zudem konnte ich vorher schneller zueinander finden.

Es funktioniert, aber warum wird der alte Aufsatz nicht mehr verkauft, dann hätte man sich nicht den neuen Aufsatz plus den Adapter kaufen müssen, wenn man nur die alte Hülle hat.

I have an old iphone 14 case and ordered a SPC+ Converter to bridge to my new bought bicycle holder (SPC+ mount) The adapter i got - with no instruction are now locked to my case and will not connect to the new holder……
I browsed all your Q&A without any useful information and ended up ordering a new case for my old iphone - I’m not exactly happy with that solution (extra money and waiting time) but i’m a fan of your product, but not a fan of your not-existing helpdesk - no help onYOUTUBE either. I wonder if you simply shipped the wrong adapter as it was marked SPC only
