Print Responsibly

At SP Connect, we're proud to offer high-quality print-on-demand services. We're also responsible for making sure everything we produce meets our values and legal standards, so we ask all customers to follow the guidelines below when using our Design Your Own service. Thanks for helping us maintain that quality.

Content restrictions

We reserve the right to decline printing any content that contains profanity or pornographic material. This is in line with our company's values and standards.

Am I responsible for the images I upload?

Yes. When uploading your own photos, please make sure you hold all necessary rights and permissions to use and distribute them. We're not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from a customer's own uploads.

How to achieve the best print quality?

For company logos, it is recommended that VECTOR files are used as these will provide for cleaner lines and therefore a better print quality. For photographic material, we recommend 300 DPI quality images however our app will provide you with a warning message if the quality is too low for a superior print.

Production Time

This is a custom, made-to-order product. Please allow up to 14 working days for production before your order is dispatched.

Shipping

We deliver to all EU countries and, on request, to other countries as well. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email, and we'll notify you by email of any delays.

Important:
Please make sure someone can receive the delivery at the address you provide - it doesn't have to be your home address. If a delivery attempt fails because no one was available, you may be charged for the unsuccessful delivery.
